Shipping

DELIVERY VIA UPS

LINEA RAFFAELLI has partnered with UPS to offer you the best possible shipping service.

UPS will inform you in advance by e-mail of the expected delivery date, you can follow your shipment with your tracking number.  You can also choose to have the parcel delivered to a UPS Parcelshop in your neighbourhood, or to another address. You will receive an e-mail as soon as the parcel has been delivered.

Was your parcel delivered to a UPS Parcelshop? Do not forget to bring your proof of identity when picking up the parcel. You have 14 days to return it to LINEA RAFFAELLI. 

– We aim to dispatch orders placed on weekdays before 3 pm (CET) on the same day.

– UPS does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

– It is not possible to have an online order delivered to a LINEA RAFFAELLI sales point.

DELIVERY TIME

LINEA RAFFAELLI will do everything possible to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Belgium 1-2 working days *.

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please follow the shipment with Track & Trace or contact our Customer Service Department at service@linearaffaelli.be

* These delivery times start on the working day after placing your order and are merely an indication. During busier periods, such as the end of year or sales, it may take a little longer for your order to be prepared and shipped.

TARIFFS

In Belgium, we offer free shipping for orders above €250.

For orders below 250 € a shipping cost of 12 € applies.

The cost of the shipments outside Belgium are at the customers expense and will be indicated during the shopping process.

RETOURS

Returns are at the expense of the customer, the customer can choose the transport company, the customer needs to inform LINEA RAFFAELLI at service@linearaffaelli.be  to obtain a return code witch needs to be indicated at the outside of the box.

GIFT CARDS

Gift vouchers via e-mail are sent directly and immediately to the e-mail address of your choice.
