Terms & Conditions

1. SHIPPING INFORMATION

You are currently on the LR website for Belgium. All the information below is pertaining to shipping information within this region. If you wish your order to be delivered to an address outside of Belgium, please select a different location in the top left corner of our website.

We only deliver within Europe*. For deliveries outside of the EU, please consult the section on international orders.

2. RETURNS

When you make a purchase on www.linearaffaelli.com, you have the right to return your purchase during 14 calendar days (counting from the day following the day on which you received the product).

Return shipments are at the expense of the customer.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

A product that you wish to return must meet the following conditions:

  • – In new condition.
  • – In its original packaging, including the original attached LINEA RAFFAELLI label.
  • – Not worn or washed.
  • – Complete (together with all related items such as a belt, shoe box, etc.; that belong to the original product).
  • – Packaged in a sufficiently sturdy and neutral (no logo) box, so that the product arrives undamaged.

3.1 HOW DOES THIS WORK IN PRACTICE?

A return is simple:

  • – Apply for your return online under ‘My account’ or Contact customercare@linearaffaelli.be to get your return label for the return shipment.
  • – Hand over the parcel to the carrier of your choice.
  • – We recommend noting the tracking number on the label so you can follow the shipment as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.

4. REFUNDS

Once the return reaches us, and satisfies the conditions previously stated, we will arrange for the refund of the purchase within 14 calendar days. We reserve the right to delay payment until we have received the goods.

  • – The refund will be made via the same payment method with which the order was placed.
  • – If the order was (partly) paid with a gift voucher, the customer will receive a new gift voucher by e-mail.
  • – If a discount was applicable, the refund will be recalculated if necessary.
 
ATTENTION

Any return for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always include the return form, invoice or packing slip.

No returns can be accepted from the physical shops of LINEA RAFFAELLI.

Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment, even partially.

You can pay easily, quickly and safely via:

  • – With credit card (VISA, Mastercard) or via Paypal
  • – Bancontact
  • – iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
